General requirements (Sample Video for reference: Please click here)
- Language: English
- Length of video: A maximum of 5 minutes.
- Video format: .mp4
- Resolution: 1920 X 1080
- Ratio: 16:9
- File size: 1 GB at the most
- Video include subtitles or verbal narration
- The video should consist of the following contents:
- Video title, author(s)’s full names and affiliations of the principal author
- Clinical presentation and indication for surgery
- Operative procedures
- Results
- Conclusions
- Please use the provided cover slide and content slide for your presentation.
- Please declare any potential conflicts of interest of all authors.
- Patient Privacy: Identifying patient’s information (such as name, patient ID etc) must not appear
Submission method:
- Please complete the online form with your details and a link to your video file.
- Once you have submitted the form and uploaded the video, no further changes are allowed.
- Deadline: 1 March 2022 (23:59, GMT +8)
Rules and regulations:
- The video must be an original work without copyright infringement.
- Copyrights to all submitted videos belong to Asian Urological Surgery Training and Education Group (“AUSTEG”) reserves the right to use the submitted video for non-profit and educational purposes.
- The submitted video will be published on AUSTEG Video Library (website/Vimeo channels)
- Entrants will automatically accept the above terms and conditions once you have submitted for the competition.
Notification:
- Authors will be notified on or before mid-March 2022 by email.
- Authors of selected video will be invited for MIS in Urology - Video Competition presentation. if you are unable to present, please ensure that one of the co-authors can present the case. Otherwise, your video will be withdrawn.
MIS in Urology - AUSTEG Video Competition presentation (9 April 2022)
The submitted video will be used for the presentation if your video has been accepted. The oral presentation format will be a 8 minutes presentation with Q&A.
